S&A has begun the design of a beautiful residential project located in Nelson County, VA. Working closely with Frazier Associates in Staunton, VA, we’ve begun preliminary framing layout and are preparing for spring construction.

About Jim Schnitzhofer
Jim is the president of Schnitzhofer & Associates, LLC with 15 years of experience in structural engineering and is licensed to practice in Virginia, West Virginia and Pennsylvania. He is a graduate of the University of South Florida in civil and structural engineering.
