Schnitzhofer & Associates, LLC has completed the final design and detailing for “The Virginia House” and 100% Construction drawings have been issued.

We have completed an excavation kickoff meeting and after careful coordination with the surveyor and the owner, we have located the footprint of the structure within the lot.

The final structure consists of a reinforced concrete shell with pre-engineered wood roof trusses at the low roof. Aligned with the highest peak of the ridge of the existing lot is a wood framed sunroom to extend above the second level roof framing.
