We’ve worked closely with Sevenodd, Inc. to provide the structural components for a full rehabilitation of the 307 North Augusta Street property in Staunton, VA. Structural steel framing was the choice for reinforcing new openings in the south façade as well as interio load bearing walls. New steel channels laced through the historic brick walls with threaded rods were the natural choice to provide lintel strength over the openings, as well as lateral resistance for wind and seismic forces acting on the structure.
