Schnitzhofer & Associates, LLC has completed the structural reinforcement for a timber truss failure. Modifications to the bottom chord during installation resulted in lateral thrust translation at the exterior walls. New steel plates to effectively transfer the bottom chord tension force was the recommended solution.
