Construction is nearly complete for the 14,000 sq. ft Alzheimer’s center addition in southeast Virginia. Steel framing moment connections, foundations, and partial load bearing metal studs are all in place.

Jim is the president of Schnitzhofer & Associates, LLC with 15 years of experience in structural engineering and is licensed to practice in Virginia, West Virginia and Pennsylvania. He is a graduate of the University of South Florida in civil and structural engineering.
