Schnitzhofer & Associates has completed the design of a new reinforced concrete retaining wall. This project posed unique challenges requiring careful design of the new wall, making sure to fit the new cantilevered wall foundation toe within the property line. Adjacent property structures bearing on the existing wall were taken into consideration – allowing them to remain in place during, and after, construction of the new wall. Check back for photos of the wall after construction is complete.
